How To Dress Like You’re Going To The Oscars?

High slits. High shine. High heels. Sequins. Ruffles. Bare backs. Long sleeves. Nudes. Blacks. Reds. Greens. No, I’m not reciting the dictionary randomly, I’m just reminiscing about that time we all went to the Oscars, remember?

Champagne pouring off the skies, Oscars thrown in our heads post-brilliant-performances, rubbing elbows with the coolest of the cool. Taking selfies with Leo & Tom Hardy. You know, the regular Sunday night. One thing about me is my capacity to dream, so in case you can’t get high on wishes and what if’s… leave it to this idiot, aka moi to do it for ya’.

Oh my dear fashion lovers, but you can laugh and smile all you want at the imaginary journeys I usually embark on, but at least I got your back and I got it all figured out. Fashion wise, dresses wise, beautiful evening gowns wise. All of it.

We might have skipped the Oscars and the Globes this year, but let’s not forget we’re beautiful gorgeous women on this Earth and that means we’re always attending all sorts of events that require elegant gowns and beautiful evening dresses on our fab bods. Springs and summers mean weddings, posh parties, reunions, proms, evening cocktails, red carpet events.

White dresses are the best for elegant evening situations, sans weddings, cause we wouldn’t want to upstage the bride right? Here’s one of my fave – white evening dress.

Burgundy evening dresses are my new obsession. Nothing is quite elegant as that burgundy dress Blake Lively once wore. Perfection.

Midnight blue is perfection, elegance, refinement.

Grey dresses look amazing against sequins and sparkles and this grey evening dress is absolutely stunning.

Green dresses for evening are an absolute winner, with a great design and accessories they are the best.

A beautiful evening dress is always key to looking and feeling amazing on a special evening, but never forget the Devil’s also in the details: go for fab jewellery but never overdo it for evening (either earrings, or necklaces, or bracelets). In this case less is more. Perfect make up and effortless hair and off you go.
