Chic Classics: Designer Sunglasses & Pink Suit
There comes a time, after all trends being done and re-done, when going back to classics feels not just right but kinda of the next natural sartorial step, in one’s fashion life. So when everyone is doing tiny sunglasses, here I am rocking these Tom Ford sunglasses, as big as my face, cat eye and all like nobody’s business. #Iaintsorry Truth is there’s literally nothing as chic as a pair of big designer sunglasses. Ever.
If you know me you know there’s like 3 major things I love: lipsticks, food, and sunglasses. I never ever leave home without a pair regardless of the weather and I try to cover all sunglasses trends and styles – I have so many pairs and so many designers, but if I’m honest 90% of the time, right before I head out I always grab the classics.
The sunglasses I am wearing here are by far my fave, and you can tell they’re designer and the quality is insane because they feel heavy, luxe, sturdy (if that’s even a word to describe sunnies). And even though they’re classics they’re kinda statement too: they’ve got that cat eye edge, and massive frame to hide behind whenever you don’t feel like being seen. I picked them in black (they’re kinda black-mauve–brown-grey gradient) because I can style them more easily this way, but they also come in brown. I love love love them.
For this post I paired them with my pink power-suit and nude heels for that ladyboss kinda vibe, but they look just as amazing if not more paired with minimal simple all-black or all-white outfits, the classic denim and a shirt, or even athletic wear. I feel like a good pair of sunglasses will always be that tiny detail to make an outfit stand out, OR polish it. I think sunglasses are much like a great set of nails, like a good hair day, like a pretty lipstick… you know what I mean?!
I used to rave about tiny sunnies all summer long. Now I’m back to classics and I’m into them more than ever. I got mine via Smartbuyglasses, and I had a fantastic experience with them: fast shipping, great support team, and a HUGE collection of designer sunglasses. I literally spend one hour scrolling their shop. #onlineshoppingaddict going back and forth between classics versus trendy. Glad I picked these.
And if you know what you want and you want it asap, then there’s always a way. You can find more glasses that are derived in 24 hours on Overnight Glasses.
