chanel-backpack At first I thought this ’90’s fashion revival was just a passing  fashion mood, but it seems to have caught up and keep expanding. And I love it. Of course ’90’s fashion was not really the best, yet there’s something about the grunge meets girly decade that has us all going  back and reminiscing on our teenage years. Even designers have dipped into the grunge era for inspiration with their 2013 S/S collections and it’s safe to say that either way you go (as long as you keep it 90’s inspired) you’ll be looking cool. Nostalgic after Nirvana, Kurt Cobain, Johnny Depp & Kate Moss? Or still a fan of those gorgeous supermodels who were living the dream back in the day? Or were you a Clueless & Beverly Hills kinda gal? All these people & fans had one thing in common fashion wise: the Backpack! Sure styles varied but it was there, hanging slouchy on our backs or tiny and structured carried on one shoulder. And today… The Backpack Trend Is Back!1990s-fashion-trend-in-2013-backpacks 2013-backpack-trend 90-inspired-trend-backpacks 2013-backpack 2013-bckpack 90sinspired-fashion-trend-backpack 90s-inspired-backpack 90s-inspired-fashion-trend-backpack 2013-trend-backpacks ashley-olsen-backpack About 5 years ago if you had asked me what were the fashion-ugliest years for me, I would have said the ’90’s. Of course I loved them back then, but have you tried looking at photos from high-school? What were we thinking? Yet, here we are a few years ahead channeling our grunge personas. I suppose it’s all about taking the best from a decade, nipping & tucking it, reinventing it and making it look new while keeping it rather old-school. Such is the case of the Backpack. Designers and big brands (Chanel, The Row, Rag & Bone etc.) say it’s not only OK but quite posh to ditch your bag for a backpack! And if you think it only goes with a casual/sporty outfit (school or uni appropriate) you couldn’t be more wrong. Throw a backpack on, regardless of you wearing jeans & tennis shoes, or dress & heels. First of all, because it”s cool to clash styles. You get a more effortless & eclectic look. And second of all because today… backpacks come in literally millions of styles, colors & designs. I love the small black CHANEL one and the tiny structured backpacks that look like back posh bags you can wear for work. The white backpacks also look amazing for Spring Summer days, especially if they have gold buckles, adding a little chic richness to any simple outfit. For a more grunge look stick to slouchy backpacks, textured, studded or coloured ones. 2013-fashion-trend-backpack 2013-fashion-trends-backpacks 2013-street-style-backpack 2013-trends-backpacks backpack-fashion-style-2013 backpack-2013-trend backpack-men-street-style backpacks backpacks-street-styles backpacks-styles-2013 backpacks-style-street backpack-street-style backpack-street-style-2013 (2) backpack-street-style-2013 backpack-street-style-fashion white-backpack white-backpack-style the-row-backpack studs-glitter-backpacks studded-backpack When it comes to backpacks the best thing is that you do not need styling tips… they go with absolutely anything and if they don’t… who cares? They’re easy to wear and can complete any look. Plus they add a bit of chicness and sophistication to your style. Too ’90’s for you? Or just the best fashion trend so far? backpack-style- (2) backpack-style- boxy-backpack backpack-trend black-backpacks cara-delevigne-backpack chanel-backpack-miroslava-duma designer-backpacks olsen-street-style-backpack street-style-backpack (2) street-style-backpack style-backpack photos via Pintrest, Tumblr, google images, lamodellamafia, StockholmStreetStyle.

Investment is one of the best ways to achieve financial freedom. For a beginner there are so many challenges you face. It’s hard to know how to get started. Trading the Crypto market has really been a life changer for me. I almost gave up on crypto currency at some point not until I got a proficient trader Bernie Doran, he gave me all the information required to succeed in trading. I made more profit than I could ever imagine. I’m not here to converse much but to share my testimony, I invested $5000.00 and got back $50,500.00 within 5 days of investment. His strategies and signals are the best and I have gained more knowledge.

Well, I think these backpacks, which are back in fashion from the 90s, look cool. I love the design. After watching this, I also made up my mind to buy one. These bags are really cute.

To be true, I don’t care that much about trends, because I’m wearing what I’m comfortable with. But I can’t deny, that trends are somehow influencing the way I see things – when I see a new trend often enough and styled differently, I’m sometimes beginning to like (and wear) it even if i was all “I would NEVER do that” before.
But backpacks aren’t a trendpiece for me. I wore them to school, now I’m wearing them sometimes when I go to the university – I’m using them because they’re practical, but never thought about styling them or seeing them as my outfits it-piece…
But my time of mostly wearing purses will now be over: I got a shoulder-injury -not from carrying handbags- but wearing those just on one shoulder get’s really uncomfortable and I always tend to clench my arm so that no one could grab the bag that’s loosely in my (one hurting) shoulder.
So I decided to start wearing backpacks more often, and that’s why I needed to shop for more backpacks, because I think I’m just having two: one in a schoolbag-size and the other one with “I’m going to explore the world”-measurements ;-)
What I found during my online shop-search was amazing: colorful ethno-backpacks, simple all-day-business ones, huge and tiny, cute with polkadots and bows, funnily shark-shaped ones and sporty ones with chest-straps or even hip-belts…
I ordered a tiny one of the simply all-day-kind and I’m now waiting for it to arrive – quite exited :-D
I’m sure, in the future I’ll buy way more backpacks because:
    1. They’re way better for my hurting shoulders.
    2. Soooo many styles – and almost all hella cute.
    3. The feeling of free hands/arms – I won’t have to cling to my bag anymore, it will be save on my back and I’ll have got time to PARTY :-)

I’ve been carrying around a grey leather Guess backpack that has cutout designs that remind me of Germany. I get compliments on it all the time… found it nearly brand new at a yard sale years ago and paid $10. for it. I’m feeling smart! Thanks for the post!

Interesting, very interesting! I’m still not sold on the 90’s completely but some elements I’m okay with. I really love that white backpack (4th from the top), I could definitely wear that! For me I think it’s all about the shape.

I like them for younger ladies…even bought a beautiful leather one for my niece while in Spain. Just not sure how some my age would look carrying one. So I’ll probably pass for myself.
