Yes, there has been a little ‘blip’ since then due to the pandemic, which saw many of us forget about the makeup tray entirely, but now that the world is returning to normal, so is our makeup usage.
Without makeup, we tend to feel naked, exposed. Many of us don’t feel like the same person. As such, you will be glad to know that 2023 is an exciting year for makeup. Blush went out of fashion for a while and was replaced by bronzer and highlighter. However, with its ability to create a warming glow, it is now experiencing a resurgence.

Metallic makeup that shimmers and shines is likely to be all the rage in 2023, as our interest in AI, technology and all things cyber continue to catch our imagination.
